We want you to be satisfied with Toolknot. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
1. Free tier
The free tier (guest uses and free account credits) costs nothing and is not subject to refunds.
2. Paid subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Paddle.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
3. Refund eligibility
- If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refund requests after the 7-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods after the 7-day window.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@toolknot.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and quickly.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
